As a Mortgage Loan Officer with Strong Tower Mortgage Solutions, LLC, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate one of their most significant financial decisions. Our company is committed to empowering our loan officers by providing comprehensive tools, advanced technology, and dedicated support to ensure you thrive in your career and deliver exceptional service to every client.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients by analyzing their financial situations and providing tailored mortgage solutions aligned with FNMA, Freddie Mac, and Government loan guidelines.
• Manage the entire loan origination process from initial application through closing, including loan processing and underwriting collaboration.
• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate borrower qualifications using financial software
• Negotiate terms with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to secure favorable loan agreements while ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and other federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan documentation, contracts, escrow details, and mortgage servicing information.
• Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through each step of the mortgage journey, addressing questions promptly, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 years of experience in mortgage lending or related financial services
• An active NMLS Texas license
• Will consider training the right candidate and assisting with licensing
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Expertise in loan products and underwriting guidelines
• A passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
