Join our team in Wichita as a Mortgage Loan Originator! We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator who is prepared to make a difference in the lives of consumers who want to buy a home. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend lending solutions. You will also help clients put together a complete loan application and working with our Operations team throughout the loan process.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of direct sales experience and a proven track record of generating at least $15 million annually in self-sourced residential loan volume. We are not looking for sales managers; instead we are looking for retail producers who maintain a strong reputation within the industry and among both existing and potential referral sources. Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism are essential for success in this role.

We currently have a full-time position available Monday through Friday, working 40 hours per week. We anticipate a base salary of $50,000 per year, with paid wages being a draw on commission earned.

We offer very competitive commission structures and do not “charge” for marketing, business development, technology, office space or other support costs.
