Role overview:
As our Wholesale Marketing Specialist, you are the strategic partner to our Account Executives. You will blend creative design with data-driven digital strategies to solidify AmWest Funding as a top-tier lender. You won't just create flyers; you will build the engine that drives our growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support our AE sales team
  • Create engaging broker content
  • Drive lead generation
  • Experience with Canva/Adobe
  • Strong email marketing skills
  • Passion for the mortgage space

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience (financial services or real estate is a huge plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Scripts
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing
  • Proven success managing professional business pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you’ll be writing for professional brokers.

Preferred :

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage compliance (TILA/RESPA).
  • CRM Experience: Experience working within Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
