Job Overview

AXEN Realty and Banking Door are seeking licensed Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and Mortgage Loan Officers to join a collaborative real estate and mortgage team.

This role is intended for professionals who value teamwork, structured processes, and access to shared real estate and lending tools and resources.

Responsibilities:

Real Estate Agents & Brokers:

• Assist clients with residential real estate transactions
• Coordinate with mortgage professionals during transactions
• Maintain compliance with contracts and licensing requirements
• Use company CRM and business systems
• Participate in onboarding and training programs
• Monitor local market conditions and pricing trends

Mortgage Loan Officers:

• Review borrower applications and required documentation
• Present and explain loan options to clients
• Coordinate with agents and clients throughout transactions
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations
• Participate in training and system onboarding

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License or Mortgage Loan Originator License required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Sales, real estate, or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation:
