Mortgage Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Mortgage Team Leader to establish and expand our Retail Mortgage Division in the UAE market.

This is a leadership opportunity for a driven professional who can build, manage, and grow a high-performing mortgage sales team while developing strong business channels across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a complete retail mortgage sales team
• Recruit, train, and manage mortgage consultants and sales staff
• Develop mortgage business channels and partnerships
• Generate retail mortgage business from UAE market
• Achieve department sales and revenue targets
• Create and implement growth strategies for the mortgage division
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, developers, and real estate brokers

Requirements

• Experience in UAE mortgage or banking sales
• Proven team handling and business development experience
• Strong understanding of UAE retail mortgage market
• Leadership and recruitment capability
• Existing industry network will be an advantage

Important Note

The department is expected to operate as a performance-driven business unit, where the operational and salary structure of the team will be supported through the revenue generated by the department.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
