About the Role

We are a mortgage lending company looking for a skilled Mortgage Technology & Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to protecting our organization’s data, systems, and clients while ensuring we meet the cybersecurity standards required by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and applicable regulations. You will serve as the go-to resource for cybersecurity awareness, risk mitigation, and technology compliance across the company. This role also includes setting up new hire computer software and CRM logins, encompass integrations, mortgage app updates, Microsoft troubleshooting and and new product integrations, as well as future AI integrations for streamline mortgage operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across company systems and infrastructure
• Monitor for threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents and respond appropriately
• Maintain and enforce security policies, access controls, and data protection protocols
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend remediation strategies.

GSE Compliance

• Stay current on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac cybersecurity requirements and guidelines
• Ensure company policies and practices align with GSE standards
• Assist with audits, assessments, and documentation related to GSE compliance

Training & Awareness

• Develop and deliver cybersecurity training for staff at all levels
• Create and maintain internal security awareness programs and materials
• Serve as a resource for employees on security best practices and policy questions

Mortgage Technology Support

• Support and maintain mortgage-related software including Encompass (ICE Mortgage Technology)
• Assist with CRM systems, SharePoint administration, and other business technology tools.
• Collaborate with operations and compliance teams on technology-related projects

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity, or a related IT role
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, or similar)
• Experience developing or delivering security training and awareness programs
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with Encompass

Preferred

• Experience in the mortgage lending, banking, or financial services industry
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae Selling Guide cybersecurity requirements or Freddie Mac security standards
• Hands-on experience with Ncino, or similar mortgage/CRM platforms
• SharePoint administration experience or similar Intranet alternatives
• IT certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
