We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Motel couple to manage daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This dynamic duo will work collaboratively to oversee front desk activities, guest relations, housekeeping coordination, and overall property management. Duties

• Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and comfort throughout the property
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and billing processes with attention to detail and accuracy
• Oversee hotel management tasks such as budgeting, revenue management, and human resources functions
• Foster guest relations by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and resolving any issues efficiently
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for property upkeep and safety compliance
• Utilize hospitality management software to monitor occupancy rates, revenue targets, and operational metrics

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele
• Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and human resources practices within the hospitality industry
• Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and hotel software applications
• Hospitality management background with hotel experience preferred
• Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
• Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette standards
