Mother Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and caring Mother Teacher to join our primary school team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching all core subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, and Languages) and nurturing a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment for students in Grades I & II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lessons across all subjects.
• Create a warm, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom atmosphere.
• Foster students’ intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development.
• Assess students’ progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ learning and growth.
• Incorporate creative teaching aids, storytelling, activities, and experiential learning methods.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning among young learners.
• Maintain classroom discipline with patience, empathy, and positivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong command over English and proficiency in teaching all subjects at the primary level.
• Prior experience as a Mother Teacher or Primary Teacher preferred.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and understanding of child psychology.
