MOTHER TEACHER

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for all subjects as per the school curriculum.
• Create a positive, caring, and safe classroom environment.
• Observe and assess each child’s learning progress and maintain records.
• Foster discipline, responsibility, and good behavior among students.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and well-being.
• Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, and celebrations.
• Identify and address individual learning needs and emotional concerns.
• Promote values, teamwork, and respect among children.
• Maintain proper documentation including lesson plans, attendance, and assessment reports.
• Coordinate with co-teachers and activity teachers for smooth functioning of the class.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate with B.Ed. or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Primary or Mother Teacher preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management.
• Creative and child-centric teaching approach.
• Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
