Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, focusing on holistic development (cognitive, social, emotional, and physical).
• Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children.
• Use creative teaching techniques such as storytelling, songs, games, and hands-on activities to engage children effectively.
• Maintain discipline while ensuring a warm and child-friendly atmosphere.
• Create and organize a vibrant and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encourage active participation and curiosity among students.
• Promote foundational literacy and numeracy skills through playful and interactive methods.
• Instill values like sharing, teamwork, and respect for others.
• Regularly update parents about their child’s progress through meetings and written reports.
• Collaborate with parents to support children’s learning and well-being.
• Address parental concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Participate in organizing events like annual functions, celebrations, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Contribute to school initiatives and developmental programs as required.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
• Maintain hygiene and monitor children’s health within the classroom setting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification is highly preferred.
• Previous experience as a teacher for early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
