Key ResponsibilitiesA. Classroom Management

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Ensure discipline, proper student behaviour, and classroom routines.
• Prepare learning materials, teaching aids, and activity resources.

B. Teaching & Learning

• Deliver age-appropriate lessons for all subjects as per curriculum.
• Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
• Conduct assessments, maintain records, and track each child's progress.
• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support when needed.

C. Student Care & Development

• Ensure the emotional well-being of each child.
• Foster good habits, manners, hygiene, and social skills.
• Monitor student attendance and overall behaviour.

D. Communication with Parents

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding progress and concerns.
• Conduct PTMs and share feedback effectively.
• Address parent queries promptly and professionally.

E. Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with co-teachers, activity teachers, and coordinators.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and reports on time.
• Participate in school events, assemblies, and celebrations.
• Maintain all required administrative documents and class records.

F. Safety & Well-being

• Ensure child safety at all times—during class, dispersal, and activities.
• Report any health or behavioural concerns immediately to authorities.

3. Required Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication and child-handling skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
• Strong classroom management.
• Creativity in designing activities and teaching methods.
• Good organizational and record-keeping ability.

4. Qualifications

• Graduate (B.A./B.Sc.) or equivalent.
• ECCE / NTT / B.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in pre-primary/primary is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
