Mother Teacher Qualification (As per CBSE Norms) Essential Educational Qualification

• Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board

Professional Qualification (Mandatory)

Any one of the following:

• Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT)
• Diploma in Pre-Primary Education (PPTT / D.E.C.Ed.)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)
• Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
• Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) (accepted by many CBSE schools)

Desirable Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline
• Training in:
• Child psychology
• Montessori / Play-way method
• Activity-based learning

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to handle young children (3–6 years) with care and patience
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of:
• Play-way and activity-based teaching
• Child safety and hygiene
• Warm, nurturing, and empathetic nature

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary / kindergarten school (preferred)

Health & Safety Requirements

• Medical fitness certificate
• Police verification / background check (mandatory)

CBSE / NEP-2020 Compliance Notes

• Pre-Primary education follows ECCE guidelines under NEP-2020
• Teachers must be trained in early childhood education
• Schools must maintain qualification records for inspection

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: ₹10,000.08 - ₹39,974.50 per month
