Mother Teacher - Annojiguda

Job Summary:
Birla Open Minds Preschool, Annojiguda, is looking for a passionate and caring Mother Teacher to nurture young learners and create a joyful, safe, and stimulating classroom environment. The ideal candidate should love working with children and be committed to early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays
• Support school events and activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori/ECCE preferred)
• Relevant preschool teaching experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Patient, creative, energetic, and child-friendly personality
