Mother Teacher Grade 1 and 2

Educational Qualifications : Graduate or Post Graduate with B.Ed/DElEd. Fluent English communication is mandatory.

Core Teaching & Academic Excellence

• Multi-Disciplinary Instruction: Deliver engaging lessons across core subjects including English, Hindi, Mathematics, and EVS, ensuring a seamless integration of concepts.
• Curriculum Alignment: Implement age-appropriate lesson plans in strict accordance with NCF (National Curriculum Framework) and NEP 2020 guidelines, focusing on foundational literacy and numeracy.
• Language Enhancement: Execute specialized programs like ELEP (English Language Enhancement Programme) and ELIP (English Language Improvement Programme) to build robust communication skills.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Design, conduct, and grade formative and summative assessments. Maintain comprehensive records of student progress to identify and bridge learning gaps.

Co-Curricular & Skill Building

• Event Coordination: Lead and organize class-level participation in school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
• Competitive Preparation: Mentor students for various internal and external competitions, including Language Clubs and introductory Junior MUNs.
• Resource Development: Develop innovative teaching tools, flashcards, and digital aids to cater to diverse learning styles (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic).

Communication & Professionalism

• Parent-Teacher Partnership: Maintain proactive and transparent communication with parents regarding academic performance, behavioral shifts, and health updates.
• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the primary wing coordinator and fellow teachers to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment of the curriculum.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in professional development workshops to stay updated on modern pedagogical tools and child psychology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
