About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Motion Designer with a strong portfolio and over 5 years of professional experience. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging animations and motion graphics that elevate our brand, enhance storytelling, and engage audiences across platforms.

This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for video, web, and social media
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop visual content
• Transform static designs into compelling animated content
• Storyboarding and visual concept development
• Edit and composite footage using industry-standard software
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects
• Stay updated with the latest motion design trends and techniques

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus)
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
• Excellent eye for design, color, and composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or tech/startup environment
• Knowledge of 3D animation or UI motion design is a bonus
