Motion Designer

We’re partnering with a leading creative team to bring on a Motion Designer (Arabic-speaking) who can turn ideas into visual stories that move — literally.

This role is full-time, remote, 12-month contract, and requires fluency in Arabic (written + spoken).

What You’ll Be Creating

You’ll craft:

• High-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and video content
• Visual systems that feel modern, elevated, and platform-ready
• Motion that pairs seamlessly with design, storytelling, and copy

You’ll collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Production teams to bring concepts from rough spark → polished final asset.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Design and produce motion content across multiple platforms
• Apply animation principles, typography, transitions, and VFX to elevate the work
• Adapt content for various formats/aspect ratios while maintaining visual quality
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and refine until it lands
• Maintain organised files and clean workflows (your future self will thank you)
• Keep up with motion/animation trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Manage multiple projects, hitting deadlines without sacrificing craft

What You Bring

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken + written), with comfort producing motion in Arabic
• 3+ years in motion graphics, animation, or VFX (agency/studio experience ideal)
• Strong in After Effects, C4D, Premiere Pro, Blender, Photoshop/Illustrator
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, timing, storytelling
• Familiar with rendering, file optimisation, and smooth project handoffs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, agency-style environment
