Motion Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who’s just starting out and excited to learn. You’ll work on social media videos, ads, and brand content. If you enjoy animation, editing, and bringing visuals to life, this role is for you.

You don’t need years of experience. You do need curiosity, practice, and a good eye.

What You’ll Do

• Create motion graphics for Instagram Reels, ads, and short videos
• Animate text, logos, icons, and simple illustrations
• Edit videos and add transitions, effects, and basic sound
• Work closely with designers and the marketing team
• Make changes based on feedback and improve your work
• Export videos in the right sizes for different platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year experience or a strong personal/project portfolio
• Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
• Understanding of timing, movement, and simple animation
• Interest in social media content and video trends
• Willingness to learn and improve every day
• Ability to work from the office and collaborate with the team

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic video editing skills
• Knowledge of Instagram and YouTube formats
• Any practice with 3D tools like Blender
• Design background or familiarity with branding
