We are looking for a  creative Motion Designer  who can produce high-performing  ad creatives for mobile apps and games , and who is comfortable using  modern AI tools  to speed up production and experimentation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Designer based in Rawalpindi. The Motion Designer will create dynamic motion design assets and animations for games and other products. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing motion graphics, producing animations, creating storyboards, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure alignment with project goals. The role requires close attention to detail, creativity, and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Motion Design and creating high-quality Motion Graphics
• Experience with Video Production and Animation tools
• Strong skills in Storyboarding and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or other game development tools is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for collaboration in a team environment
• Previous experience in the video game or entertainment industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred

• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Figma
• Photoshop / Illustrator

AI Creative Tools (preferred)

• Runway
• Midjourney
• Stable Diffusion
• Pika / Sora / AI video tools
• Adobe Firefly
• ChatGPT for creative ideation

• Experience in  mobile gaming ads
• Understanding of  UA marketing and ROAS driven creatives
• Knowledge of  3D tools (Blender / Cinema4D)
• Experience editing  UGC-style ads
