Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Motion Graphic Artist to create visually compelling, engaging, and high-quality animations and motion graphics for a range of projects. As part of our creative team, you will play a key role in bringing ideas to life, transforming concepts into visually stunning animations that engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, client projects, social media, and internal purposes.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and assets for animations.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and other team members to integrate motion graphics into final video products.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and meets Scaler Studios’ high-quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in style and brand guidelines while working on multiple projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and visual design.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant motion graphics software.
• Strong understanding of typography, design principles, and animation techniques.
• Ability to translate concepts into engaging animations that align with brand messaging.
• Experience working with 3D animation tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in video editing and post-production.
• A portfolio showcasing motion graphic design and animation work.
• Experience working with AI-powered design tools or an interest in integrating AI into creative workflows.
