Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and seasoned Motion Graphic & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for translating complex safety and confident riding concepts into compelling and impactful visual content, including YouTube videos, animated infographics, presentations, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate is someone with proven hands-on experience, a passion for visual storytelling, and a superior ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics Production:

Develop, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics for YouTube videos and safety awareness content series.

Transform complex data and concepts into animated, easy-to-understand infographics.

Create intros, outros, and other animated visual elements to enhance video quality.

Graphic Design:

Design static visual assets for social media marketing campaigns (posts, carousels, stories).

Prepare professional designs for internal and external presentations.

Create supporting visual assets for digital content, such as YouTube thumbnails and podcast covers.

Collaboration & Production:

Work closely with the Marketing Manager and content team to turn ideas into actionable creative briefs.

Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure projects are delivered within the specified timeline.

Adhere strictly to the Bikerz brand guidelines and approved tone of voice in all designs.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high efficiency.

Strictly adhere to the timelines and deadlines set for each project.

Provide regular progress updates and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to any urgent changes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with proven experience in graphic design.

Portfolio: A strong and impressive portfolio showcasing previous projects in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

Full proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

A deep understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.

Experience in video editing and adding visual effects.

(Bonus) Experience with 3D design software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.

Time Management: Excellent skills in managing time and meeting strict deadlines.

Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and receive critical feedback constructively.

Creativity & Innovation: A passion for keeping up with the latest trends in the world of design and motion graphics.

Language: Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing). Proficiency in English is a plus.
