Job Summary -

As a Motion Graphic Designer at Redfox Cyber Security, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the world of motion graphics and visual content specifically geared for digital-first audiences. During this full-time role, you will:

• Collaborate with our dynamic design team to develop eye-catching motion graphics and static graphics for social media, paid digital ads, academy videos and print collaterals.
• Create engaging animations and visual effects for video assets and ad creatives.
• Produce and format visuals to ad-specs (different aspect ratios, codecs, file sizes) for paid campaigns and organic social.
• Design print-ready artwork and supply appropriate files for offline marketing collaterals.
• Regularly edit videos and podcasts - assemble footage, edit audio, add motion graphics and deliver final masters.
• Work with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Handle post-production tasks including color grading, audio cleanup/mixing, final mastering, quality control and preparing broadcast/paid-ad ready deliverables.
• Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced design professionals and work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Requirements -

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing and graphic design.
• Currently residing in Mumbai, India.
• Able to communicate effectively in English for everyday tasks and interactions.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to prepare print-ready files.
• Experience editing podcasts and videos - basic audio cleanup, sequencing and final mix.
• A creative mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Basic camera operation and handling (DSLR or similar).
• Knowledge of Figma/Sketch for collaboration with UI/graphic designers.
