The Role

We're seeking a talented Motion Designer / Graphic Designer to bring Mezza's brand to life across all touchpoints. You'll create compelling visual content that showcases our innovative dining platform, from social media campaigns to app interfaces, marketing materials to brand experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design for Digital: Create engaging social media content, digital ads, app UI elements, and web graphics that drive user engagement and brand awareness
• Motion Graphics: Develop animated content for social platforms, explainer videos, app onboarding sequences, and marketing campaigns
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communications align with Mezza's brand guidelines and premium positioning
• Campaign Creative: Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for restaurant partnerships and customer acquisition
• Print & Collateral: Design marketing materials, restaurant partnership assets, event materials, and branded merchandise
• Iterate & Optimize: Use performance data and feedback to continuously improve creative output and effectiveness

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design with strong motion graphics skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with Figma for UI/UX design collaboration
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated work
• Understanding of social media platforms (with an emphasis on Instagram and TikTok) and their content requirements
• Experience in fintech, food tech, or startup environments (preferred)
• Fluency in English
• Already in Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
