The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our remote team in India. This is a pivotal role where you will translate complex automation concepts and technical solutions into engaging, digestible visual stories.

While your hours are flexible, you must be available for project delivery and essential team communication Monday to Saturday.

What You'll Do

• Design & Animate for Tech: Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics that visually represent automation workflows, data visualization, and streamlined processes.
• Explain Complex Concepts: Create explainer videos, social media content, and website animations that clearly and engagingly demonstrate the benefits and functionality of our automation solutions.
• Collaborate Remotely: Work closely with our London-based content, marketing, and strategy teams. Manage your workload and participate in scheduled virtual check-ins.
• Flexible Availability: Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines, ensuring you are available Monday to Saturday for project reviews, feedback, and essential communication.
• Maintain Brand: Ensure all visual output is consistently professional, modern, and aligned with our agency's brand guidelines.

What You'll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong online portfolio that includes examples of explainer videos or technical/corporate animation.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Location Requirement: Must be a resident of India and legally eligible to work remotely from there.
• Visual Storytelling: A strong ability to transform text-based ideas and technical documentation into compelling, narrative-driven motion graphics.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Remote Work Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and thrive as an independent contributor in a remote setting.

• Compensation: ₹20,000 per month (Indian Rupees).
