About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, proficiency in 2D animation and motion graphics, and experience creating engaging explainer videos or e-learning content.

You’ll work closely with our content and design teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing animations that simplify complex ideas and enhance learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate 2D motion graphics, explainer videos, and e-learning modules.
• Create visually engaging animations using provided storyboards, scripts, or voiceovers.
• Work with graphic assets, illustrations, and text to create smooth, dynamic visual compositions.
• Collaborate with content writers, instructional designers, and editors to align visuals with project goals.
• Ensure consistency in animation style, color, and visual tone across projects.
• Manage timelines effectively and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Qualification & Eligibility:

• Portfolio: Submission of a portfolio or sample work demonstrating motion design and animation skills is mandatory.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Acceptable: Candidates from other educational backgrounds who have completed recognized courses or certifications in Motion Graphics or 2D Animation.

Additional Skills / Knowledge (Preferred):

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, 2D animation principles, and video editing.
• Experience with character animation, infographics, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of sound syncing, keyframing, and composition techniques.
• Familiarity with UI/UX animation or Lottie exports (optional).
• Strong creative visualization, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into visuals.

Employment Type:

• Full-time / Contractual - Consultant (Remote)

Compensation:

• Based on experience and animation quality evaluation.
