Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in Karnataka.
The Motion Graphics Designer will conceptualize, design, and animate compelling visual content — from high-energy reels and event highlights to brand-driven motion campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our creative and content teams to ensure every frame aligns with our storytelling vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics and visual assets for social media, campaigns, and events.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos with attention to pacing, mood, and tone.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop strong, story-driven visuals.
• Stay current with design trends, transitions, and social-media video formats.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Envato, and familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
• Strong grasp of video production and visual storytelling.
• Experience in social-media content creation (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Fluency in Kannada is important for understanding regional scripts and cultural tone.
