The Motion Graphics & 2D/3D Designer is responsible for developing high-quality, visually compelling video content that reflects the identity, tone, and objectives of each project.
This role includes producing unique 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and multimedia assets while maintaining accuracy, creativity, and technical excellence.
The position requires staying current with industry trends, adopting new tools and plugins, and delivering innovative content within tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce exceptional visual storytelling aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Produce distinctive video content across multiple projects.
Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and multimedia visuals.
Ensure all produced content aligns with each project’s identity and creative direction.
Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and design innovations.
Take ownership of work quality, ensuring accuracy and meeting intended project outcomes.
Bring strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual accuracy to all deliverables.

Required Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a relevant field.
Proficiency in: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Character Animator, Premiere, and Cinema 4D.
Experience in Nuke, Maya, or 3D Max is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and character development.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to solve creative and technical challenges.
Strong storytelling capabilities with effective presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
