Motion Designer (After Effects Wizard)

Promade Studio is on the hunt for a Motion Designer who lives inside After Effects, breathes keyframes, and gets way too excited about smooth transitions. If you love turning simple ideas into jaw-dropping visuals, you’re exactly who we want on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting standout motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for social content, ads, brand videos, basically anything that needs to look amazing.
• Turning concepts, scribbles, and half-baked ideas into clean, energetic, scroll-stopping motion.
• Working closely with our designers, editors, and marketing folks to create visuals that actually make people say “who made this?”
• Bringing fresh ideas, taking risks, experimenting, and pushing creative boundaries.
• Juggling a few projects at once while still keeping your animations smooth (and your sanity intact).

What We’re Looking For

• A champion of Adobe After Effects (non-negotiable).
• Strong motion design fundamentals: timing, easing, typography, transitions, the good stuff.
• A portfolio that makes us stop scrolling and stare.
• Extra points if you’ve played around with Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or even 3D.
• Someone who loves learning, experimenting, and breaking the “normal” rules of content.
