We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion & Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs and animations. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, storytelling ability, and hands-on experience in creating motion graphics, videos, and static creatives for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Design static creatives such as banners, posters, social media posts, thumbnails, and branding assets
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Edit videos, add transitions, sound effects, and visual effects as required
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and videos
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and animation techniques
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer / Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in design & animation tools such as:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• (Figma / Blender / Cinema 4D is a plus)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, and social media requirements
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs

Good to Have

• Experience creating content for social media marketing & performance ads
• Knowledge of UI visuals, reels, shorts, and explainer videos
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
