About the Role

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into impactful animated visuals and AI-enhanced creative content. From social media ads and brand videos to campaign explainers and digital storytelling, you’ll bring concepts to life using motion design and emerging AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong design fundamentals with curiosity for generative technology and modern content workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and presentations.
• Animate typography, brand elements, illustrations, and video assets aligned with campaign objectives.
• Use AI content generation tools to create, enhance, and experiment with motion visuals, transitions, and creative assets.
• Develop storyboards and motion concepts that translate creative ideas into engaging animated content.
• Enhance and edit videos using motion graphics, visual effects, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and the Dubai team on global marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all motion and AI-generated content remains consistent with brand guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphic design, animation, or video production.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects; working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools for visuals, motion, or video.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, digital ads, and brand campaigns.
• A strong eye for design aesthetics, detail, and emerging motion trends.
