The Skills That Seal the Deal

3-4 years of experience in motion graphics or animation, preferably in a digital or content-first agency

Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools)

Familiarity with GenAI and AI-powered tools: Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, Veo 3, ElevenLabs, etc.

A strong reel/portfolio that showcases your motion range, visual rhythm, and brand sensibility
