Pixels3 is looking for a multi-skilled Motion Graphic Designer & Animator who can design AND animate and use AI tools to increase speed, creativity and output.

Pixels3 is a broadcast design and animation studio specialising in motion, design and visual storytelling. The studio works across film, TV, advertising, music, projection mapping, LED backdrops, VFX, corporate films and digital design.

We are a state-of-the-art digital design & production facility offering motion graphics, 3D animation, web and print design.

Our work spans major TV channels and clients including BBC, Travel XP, Star World, Zee TV, Epic, Colors and more.

About the Founder

Pixels3 is led by Nitin Bhalla, who has worked in the animation & VFX industry on projects like Dhurandar, Tamasha, Airlift and Ram Setu.

This role gives you the opportunity to work closely with a studio founder with real film & broadcast industry experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative hybrid designer + animator who can take projects from concept → design → animation.

You should love storytelling, motion and visual experimentation.

Must-Have Skills

✔ Adobe After Effects (strong animation skills)
✔ Adobe Photoshop
✔ Adobe Illustrator
✔ Motion graphics + typography animation
✔ Ability to design assets from scratch (not template-based)

BIG BONUS SKILLS

✔ Using AI tools to speed up production (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
✔ Editing / compositing basics
✔ Experience in LED backdrops / projection mapping / broadcast graphics
✔ Ability to work across multiple styles and formats
