Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Aura Grande Marquee, Golra (Near Margalla Road), Islamabad
Job Type: Full-Time (Office Based)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 120,000 per month

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in retail, furniture, lifestyle, hospitality, or related industries will be considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and modern design principles.
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital content optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Design

• Create engaging social media posts, stories, carousel ads, and other digital creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Design visually compelling content that drives audience engagement and strengthens brand awareness.
• Develop basic motion graphics and video assets for digital marketing campaigns.

Marketing & Campaign Design

• Design promotional banners, website graphics, landing page visuals, and email marketing templates.
• Create campaign assets for seasonal promotions, product launches, and special marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop innovative and effective visual content.

Print & Branding Materials

• Design brochures, product catalogs, flyers, packaging, in-store signage, and other print collateral.
• Prepare print-ready artwork while ensuring quality standards and brand consistency.
• Support the development and enhancement of brand identity materials.

Brand Management

• Ensure all creative assets align with established brand guidelines and maintain a premium visual aesthetic.
• Maintain consistency across all customer-facing digital and print touchpoints.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend creative improvements where applicable.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
