About the Role

Home & Building Magazine by CREDAI – MCHI is seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience, specializing in podcast animation and branded video content. This role is ideal for someone who can craft high-quality intros, outros, interstitials, lower-thirds, and other motion assets that enhance the podcast experience across video and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate podcast intros, outros, and interstitial sequences with dynamic visuals
• Create animated branding elements: titles, transitions, lower-thirds, logo animations, social handles
• Collaborate with content and audio teams to ensure seamless sync between sound and visuals
• Adapt motion graphics for various formats (YouTube, reels, social media, etc.)
• Maintain consistency with brand style guidelines across all podcast visuals
• Stay updated with animation and podcast/video production trends to keep content fresh and engaging

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong showreel/portfolio
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema4D/Blender is a plus)
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, typography, and storytelling in animation
• Ability to create short, punchy, and attention-grabbing animations for podcast branding
• Experience with audio-driven animation (syncing visuals with voiceovers, music, beats)
• Strong eye for design, detail, and creativity

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Knowledge of 3D animation for podcast branding elements
• Experience with live motion overlays for video podcasts or streams
• Familiarity with sound design and basic audio editing
