Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should excel in video editing, motion graphics, and creative design. This role involves producing visually engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, ads, product promotions, and corporate branding.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Production

• Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality outputs.
• Adapt videos for multiple platforms (social media, websites, ads, presentations).
• Enhance videos with transitions, effects, audio syncing, and storytelling elements.
• Produce videos for digital campaigns, product promos, explainer videos, and social media reels.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create animations, motion graphics, kinetic typography, infographic animations, and visual effects.
• Work with voiceovers, sound effects, and background music to elevate video storytelling.
• Visualize scripts and create storyboards for campaigns and product videos.

Creative Design

• Design creative social media graphics and brand-oriented visual posts.
• Support the design team with static creatives as needed.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Print Media Knowledge

• Basic understanding of print design such as brochures, flyers, standees, posters, banners, etc.
• Ability to create print-ready files with proper bleed, margins, and resolution.
• Coordinate design elements that suit both digital and print formats.

Creative Collaboration & Brand Alignment

• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video, motion, and design deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Trend & Tool Proficiency

• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, animation, design, and social media formats.
• Apply modern techniques and styles to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, animation, and composition.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas, interpret scripts, and create storyboards.
• Experience in creating short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) preferred.
• Knowledge of basic sound design and audio syncing.
• Creative graphic design skills, including social media post design.
• Basic understanding of print media design standards.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of UI animation or 3D software such as Blender / Cinema 4D.
• Bonus: Basic experience with AI-based video or design tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
