    About the Role:

    We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in creating engaging animations, videos, and digital content. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing motion design work across various platforms including digital marketing, social media, web, and product videos.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product demos, explainer videos, and social media content.

    • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop video concepts aligned with brand identity.

    • Transform scripts and storyboards into compelling motion designs.

    • Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

    • Maintain and follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all assets.

    • Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and software developments.

    • Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

    Experience Range:

    5 - 6 years

    Any graduation

    Adobe Audition , Adobe Premiere Pro , Adobe Illustrator , Figma

    Candidate Attributes:

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.

    • 5–6 years of experience in motion graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).

    • Knowledge of 2D/3D animation techniques; experience with tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.

    • Strong visual storytelling and typography skills.

    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

    • Good understanding of sound design and audio syncing.

    Preferred:

    • Experience in creating animated UI mockups, app/product walkthroughs, or interactive videos.

    • Familiarity with video compression formats and optimizing for different platforms (web, mobile, social).

    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or video scripting tools is a bonus.
