Motion Graphics Animator (Academic Content)

AIMS is among the leading E-learning Solution Providers. We are looking for qualified Educational Motion Graphics Animators who can take ready-made infographic images and finished scripts, and turn them into clear and engaging 2D explainer videos using Photoshop and Canva.

You will not be responsible for writing the script or designing the diagrams from scratch.

Your main job is to:

• Import the provided visual assets,
• Understand the logic of the diagram / storyboard, and
• Animate each component so it appears exactly in sync with the narration and script.
• This role is ideal for someone who thinks logically, enjoys working with structured content, and is proficient animating in After Effects and editing Images in Photoshop).

Work Responsibilities:

• Read and understand the script and logical flow of the pre-designed image.
• Make necessary corrections in the pre-designed images in Photoshop.
• Import images into After Effects, and break one master image into steps/scenes, according to a provided script.
• Animate objects so they appear and animate in the correct sequence.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• High ability to understand logical diagrams, flows, and step-by-step frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop (Cropping, resizing, simple cleanup, basic layer handling.)
• Strong After Effects Skills (especially the video & animation features).
• Very Good Understanding of Educational Content Written in English. Clear communication in English (written and spoken).

Preferably prior experience in:

• Teaching, tutoring, training, or
• Creating educational / e-learning content.
