Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Motion Graphics Designer – Tutor to train students in motion graphics and animation. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge and the ability to teach industry-relevant tools through hands-on sessions.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Motion Graphics

* Teach Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

* Explain animation principles, visual storytelling, and video editing techniques

* Guide students in creating explainer videos, animated ads, and social media content

* Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and real-world project briefs

* Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

* Support students in portfolio development and career readiness

* Stay updated with current industry trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong expertise in Motion Graphics and Video Editing

* Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro

* Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator

* Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students

* Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred but not mandatory)

* Knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is an added advantage

* Experience in EdTech or training institutes is a plus

Experience

* 1–4 years of industry experience in Motion Graphics / Video Animation

* Freshers with strong practical skills and portfolios may also apply
