Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer / Creative Technologist with strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design systems. The role focuses on building a library of dynamic, reusable visual assets that can be applied programmatically across different user experiences. These assets will be tagged, modular, and optimized for integration into interactive and AI-driven applications.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver motion graphics, effects, stickers, transitions, and templates for video and interactive content.
• Build a structured library of graphics (static, animated, and interactive) with clear tagging for easy reuse.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure assets can be programmatically applied by our agent in real-time.
• Produce assets in scalable formats: Lottie, Rive, SVG, JSON animations, and lightweight video exports.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity while experimenting with playful and dramatic creative styles.
• Ensure accessibility in motion design (reduced-motion variants, high-contrast modes, caption-safe layouts).

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or creative technology.
• Strong skills with tools like After Effects (Bodymovin/Lottie), Rive, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Blender.
• Understanding of programmatic graphics and how design integrates into code-driven experiences.
• Ability to design scalable visual systems rather than one-off assets.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt styles (dramatic, playful, minimal, energetic).
• Bonus: experience with interactive or real-time graphics pipelines (FFmpeg, Remotion, WebGL, Unity/Unreal).
