Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative Motion Graphic Video Editor who excels in video storytelling and has proven experience in driving engagement and reach across multiple platforms. You should be good at:

1. Video Editing

2. Motion Graphics

3. Graphic Design

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos
• Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around fertility, women’s health, and patient journeys in a relatable and sensitive way.
• Editing: Cut, color grade, sound mix, add animations, subtitles, and graphics for polished delivery.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the social media team on campaigns, calendars, and thematic content.
• Creative Direction: Suggest fresh concepts for educational, emotional, and brand-building content.
• Multi-Format Delivery: Repurpose content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, and ads.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated with video formats, health/wellness storytelling, and social media trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing and storytelling (2–5 years; healthcare/wellness industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Ability to shoot videos (basic to professional camera handling; knowledge of lighting & sound setup is a bonus).
• Strong understanding of social-first content (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• A storyteller’s mindset with sensitivity for women’s health topics.
• Creativity in using motion graphics, typography, and visual effects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• A portfolio of previous video work (required).
