Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics that enhance our visual storytelling across wedding projects, brand films, social media content, and digital creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create 2D/3D motion graphics and animations for wedding invitations, brand content, social media, and digital platforms
• Translate creative concepts, storyboards, and briefs into high-quality motion visuals
• Ensure all motion graphics align with The Murphy Studio’s brand identity, tone, and visual aesthetics
• Collaborate closely with illustrators, graphic designers, and the creative team to deliver cohesive outputs
• Edit, refine, and optimize animations based on internal feedback and timelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay updated with motion design trends, animation styles, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion and animation work
• Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or similar 3D software
• Strong sense of timing, composition, color, typography, and storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with creative studios, design agencies, or wedding/lifestyle brands
• Understanding of print-to-digital transitions and design workflows
• Basic knowledge of sound design or video editing is a plus

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
