Motion Graphics Designer

Moonstep Games is a mobile game studio based in Istanbul, dedicated to creating thoughtful, relaxing, and accessible puzzle experiences enjoyed by millions of players worldwide of all ages. We blend creativity, data, and technology to build long-lasting mobile titles.

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging visual creatives for our marketing campaigns. In this role, you will produce high-quality advertising assets using animation, sound, and AI-generated visuals. You will work closely with the marketing team to test, optimize, and scale performance-driven creatives across global markets.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce engaging motion videos and AI-powered marketing creatives for digital campaigns
• Create App Store assets including images and videos
• Generate and refine AI-based visuals
• Ensure visual consistency in color, lighting, and overall style
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team throughout the creative process
• Analyze competitor creatives and contribute to brainstorming new ideas

What We're Looking For

• Experience in After Effects and motion design tools
• Interest in generative AI tools like Midjourney, Nano Banana, etc.
• A portfolio demonstrating your skills and projects
• A sharp eye for animation and design details
• A creative mindset with a good sense of storytelling and visual communication
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Interest in mobile games
