Motion Graphics Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer with strong experience in video editing and advanced post-production techniques. The candidate should be able to conceptualize, design, animate, and deliver visually impactful motion visuals for events, exhibitions, brand films, corporate videos, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, intros, explainers, and visual assets.
• Edit videos end-to-end including storytelling, transitions, color correction, sound alignment, etc.
• Work on green screen removal, rotoscoping & compositing when required.
• Design creative visual content for brand campaigns, presentations, and event visuals.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity and project requirements.
• Deliver projects within deadlines with high precision and creativity.

Required Skills

• Strong command over:
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Photoshop / Illustrator
• (Optional advantage) Cinema 4D / Blender
• Excellent knowledge of:
• Motion Graphics & Animation
• Green Screen Keying
• Rotoscoping
• Compositing
• Visual storytelling
• Understanding of frame rates, resolutions, aspect ratios, and output formats.
• Ability to convert concepts into visually appealing motion visuals.
• Attention to detail, creative mindset, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• 4–5 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics / Post-Production.
• Previous experience in event industry, advertising agency, creative studio, production house, or similar creative setup preferred.

Soft Skills

• Ownership & accountability toward projects

Preference

Candidates with:

• Event / Exhibition visual experience
• Experience working on large screens, LED walls, stage visuals
• Knowledge of 3D animation will be highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
