Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphics Designer + Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and engaging videos for social media ads, posts, and various digital marketing campaigns across multiple client portfolios, with a primary focus on the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Creation

• Design engaging social media posts and advertisements for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create visually appealing graphics for real estate projects, including property listings, project launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop brand-consistent creative assets for clients in beauty, fitness, and other industries.
• Design marketing collateral including banners, brochures, flyers, and digital presentations.
• Create eye-catching graphics for email marketing campaigns and website content.

Video Editing & Production.

• Edit and produce engaging videos for social media platforms (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Create promotional videos for real estate properties, project walkthroughs, and client testimonials.
• Develop motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns.
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos with appropriate transitions, effects, and music.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and formats.
• Create video thumbnails and accompanying graphics.

Client Management & Collaboration

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand campaign objectives and client requirements.
• Collaborate with content writers and social media managers to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Maintain organized design files, video assets, and libraries for each client.

Brand Development

• Ensure all designs and videos align with client brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Stay updated with current design and video trends, especially in real estate marketing.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand positioning.
• Maintain consistency across all visual communications.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, digital marketing materials, and video editing work.

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Working knowledge of design tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
• Understanding of social media platform specifications and best practices.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.

Soft Skills

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability to work across different industry verticals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience designing and creating videos for real estate industry.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media algorithms.
• Experience with UI/UX design concepts.
• Knowledge of color grading and audio editing.
• Familiarity with trending video formats and styles on social media.
