We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can create high-quality animations and motion assets to support brand campaigns, product launches, retail activations, and social content. The role also produces static graphic design deliverables when needed, ensuring strong visual consistency, fast turnaround, and clean execution across all channels.


A. Motion design and animation

Create 2D motion graphics for social, digital, retail screens, events, and presentations

Animate brand elements, logos, typography, UI-style frames, and product highlights

Produce short-form video cutdowns and motion templates for repeatable campaigns

Develop storyboards, styleframes, and animatics to align on direction before production

Add basic compositing, transitions, and motion polish (timing, easing, readability)

B. Graphic design support (static)

Design key visuals and layout adaptations for social posts, retail signage, OOH, and event collateral

Resize and localize assets for different formats and placements

Support campaign toolkits with consistent design systems and template files

C. Production and delivery

Manage files cleanly, maintain version control, and follow naming and folder standards

Export assets in the correct specs for each platform (resolution, aspect ratio, file type, length)

Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and local compliance requirements

Coordinate with marketing, content, PR, and agencies to meet timelines and feedback cycles

D. Collaboration and improvement

Translate creative briefs into clear visual solutions with minimal back-and-forth

Proactively propose motion approaches that elevate key moments and launches

Build and maintain a small library of reusable motion assets and templates to speed up delivery

Delivery and Quality

Delivers motion and design assets on time, to brief, and to spec, with minimal rework

Maintains high craft standards: clean animation, strong pacing, legibility, and brand consistency

Produces files that are organized, editable, and usable by the wider team

Business and campaign impact

Motion outputs improve engagement and content performance where applicable (views, completion rate, CTR, store/retail screen effectiveness)

Contributes to launch and campaign readiness by meeting deadlines for key milestones

Ways of working

Communicates progress early, flags risks fast, and manages feedback rounds professionally

Works efficiently across multiple projects, prioritizes correctly, and handles peak periods calmly

Protects brand and compliance by following guidelines and approvals before publishing
