This person will bring exceptional creative thought, design craft, and animation output, developing and delivering projects from brief to final file. They will approach every project with fresh eyes, connect with the team as a fellow creative, and create and inspire work that is distinctive, effective, and truly remarkable.

What you will do:

  • Develop conceptual storyboards and bring them to life with compelling animation.
  • Design and build static campaign assets, including digital banners, emails, landing pages, print, and presentations as needed.
  • Create on-strategy designs for campaigns across multiple channels, maintaining brand consistency and elevating creative wherever possible.
  • Balance form and function, with a solid understanding of executing projects through both design and motion phases.
  • Confidently present ideas and work to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Directors, and fellow designers to craft solutions that clearly meet briefs and exceed expectations.
  • Stay current on design, motion, and illustration trends, especially within social and digital video.
  • Build print-ready mechanicals for traditional deliverables as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What you should have:

  • portfolio of work required
  • 3+ years of design and motion graphics experience, preferably agency-side.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to ideate from scratch, with illustration skills that enhance your design and motion work.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Audition; understanding of Figma is also plus.
  • Ability to work with light audio editing for projects as needed.
  • Active knowledge, curiosity, and interest in working with AI tools.
  • Strong knowledge of both digital and print design fundamentals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • A humble, hard-working, and patient work ethic, capable of handling critiques while providing individual solutions.
  • Strong and assertive verbal and written communication skills
  • A love for solving problems proactively, resourcefully, and creatively
  • Innate balance of both detail-oriented and big picture thinking
  • Ability to thrive and prioritize in a very fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven work environment
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.)

building an agency should be both challenging and fun. We operate like a startup: things move quickly, expectations are high, and you’ll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and make a real impact.

You’ll work on meaningful, high-level projects and engage directly with clients, not sit on the sidelines. We’re a flat, team-first organization where ownership is expected and ideas are welcomed — regardless of title.

As a remote-first company, we value flexibility, but also discipline in how we work. We believe in pairing human judgment with technology to work smarter, find time for higher-impact thinking, and continuously improve how we operate.

And yes — while we work from home, maybe save the pajamas for after hours.
