Motion Graphics Designer/Video Editor

• Graphic Designer + Video Editor (Social Media Focus) Location: Near Acropolis Mall, Kasba, Kolkata | Work From Office

We are looking for a creative and fast-working Graphic Designer + Video Editor who understands social media trends and can create visually appealing content for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should be excellent in designing modern, engaging creatives and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Createhigh-quality social media graphics, carousels, story creatives, ad creatives, thumbnails, and banners.
• Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) using modern transitions, captions, effects, and trending formats.
• Work closely with the content & marketing team to convert ideas into visually strong creatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and campaigns.
• Understand social media layouts, hooks, and design psychology to increase engagement.
• Adapt designs into multiple sizes/formats as per platform requirements.
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, design styles, and viral formats.
• Basic assistance with social media management (posting, scheduling, hashtag research, trend research) when needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).
• Freshers can also apply.
• Strong skills in Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or any good image editing tool is added advantage.
• Video editing skills in Premiere Pro / CapCut / VN / After Effects /or any good image editing tool is added advantage.
• Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and design best practices.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio is mandatory.
• Having own laptop is added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,542.00 - ₹20,874.00 per month
