Engage are a full-service sports marketing agency who, since 2012, have helped ambitious governing bodies, sports teams and sponsors become future fit. Operating in the UK, India, Australia and the US, we offer round the clock delivery to sports brands including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Real Madrid, Godolphin, New Zealand Rugby and Formula 1.


The role


We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Editor to join our growing global post-production team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, movement, and storytelling; with the ability to craft visually striking motion content that connects with audiences across social platforms for our wide range of sporting clients in the UK, India and Australia.


You’ll lead creatively on motion projects, combining great design, typography, and animation with strong editorial instincts. Working across both short-form social content and longer-form YouTube edits, you’ll collaborate closely with creative and production teams to bring ideas to life.


We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps up with creative trends, and has an eye for detail that elevates every frame. Ideally, you will have a passion for sport and consume a wide variety of content across football, cricket, boxing and motorsport amongst others.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead creatively on motion design projects, delivering high-quality motion graphics for social.
  • Edit a wide range of content, from short social clips to longer-form YouTube pieces.
  • Work closely with creative and production teams to develop and deliver ideas that meet the brief.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, maintaining clear communication with project leads.
  • Keep up with motion and social trends to push creative standards.
  • Support editors with motion assets that enhance storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the post-production team.
  • Maintain clear project structures and tidy file management practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Motion Graphics Editor or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (Element 3D or Cinema 4D experience is a bonus).
  • A proven ability to combine great motion design with sharp editing.
  • Experience working in a busy agency or studio environment, ideally within sport or entertainment.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and creative approaches clearly.
  • A flexible, solution-based mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and passion for visual storytelling.
  • Curiosity for new tools and AI-driven workflows that improve creativity and efficiency.
