About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, energetic Motion Graphics Editor who can turn raw footage + assets into polished, dynamic, brand-driven video content. You’ll be working across social, web, and campaign formats — bringing storytelling, motion design and strong editing skills together to deliver “look & feel” that stands out.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit video footage: assemble, trim, sync audio, cut to story-flow and pacing.
- Create and animate motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions, infographics) using tools like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalents.
- Work with brand assets (logos, icons, typography, colors) and ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing leads to understand storyboards, briefs, style frames and deliver on them.
- Optimize video formats for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, web, mobile), including aspect ratios, durations, and specs.
- Manage project files, versions and delivery-exports; maintain an organised asset library.
- Stay up-to-date with motion-graphics trends, techniques and editing workflows; propose creative ideas and improvements.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong proficiency in video editing (cutting, timing, audio sync, storytelling).
- Solid experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects, or equivalent) to animate logos, typography, icons, overlays, transitions.
- Good eye for design: typography, colour, composition, movement, pace.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines but also bring creative flair.
- Familiarity with social video formats, export specs, and platform requirements.
- Good communication skills, receptive to feedback and able to iterate.
- Passion for motion graphics, video, storytelling — someone who experiments and improves over time.
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills
- Experience with 2D/3D animation or compositing (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
- Knowledge of templates, scripts or plugins (Expressions in After Effects, etc.).
- Audio editing skills and sound design awareness.
- Experience in fast-paced agency or campaign work.
- Ability to translate briefs into mood boards / animatics.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
