Motion Graphics Faculty

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Faculty Member to teach Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, and Video Editing. The ideal candidate will have updated expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PageMaker, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with emerging tools such as DaVinci Resolve, PicaLabs, Leonardo AI, and other AI-driven creative platforms.

This is a part-time teaching position, with the potential to take on extra batches and receive additional payment if the candidate can also cover Computer Application courses (PGDCA, DCA, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical classroom sessions on Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
• Train students on industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, PageMaker, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and introduce them to advanced creative tools.
• Develop creative projects and assignments to build students’ portfolio and job readiness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, software, and AI-based tools in the design and editing industry.
• Provide mentorship and support for student projects, portfolios, and career guidance.
• Maintain course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
• (Optional) Conduct training on PGDCA/DCA and other computer application modules as per institutional requirements.

Desired Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, PageMaker, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, PicaLabs, Leonardo AI, or other AI/next-gen creative platforms (advantage).
• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, video editing, and motion graphics principles.
• Ability to design curriculum, deliver practical training, and evaluate student performance.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Added advantage: Capability to teach PGDCA, DCA, and related IT packages.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Mass Communication, IT, or related fields.
• Proven industry/teaching experience in Graphics & Video Editing.
• Hands-on experience in real-world projects, freelancing, or corporate work will be a plus.

Employment Type

• Part-Time Faculty (with flexible timings).
• Extra batches and additional remuneration for candidates able to cover PGDCA, DCA, and other computer courses.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
