Key Responsibilities
- Teach motion graphics concepts and techniques to students.
- Create lesson plans, curricula, and learning modules for motion design.
- Demonstrate and train in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Explain principles of animation: keyframes, easing, timing, and graph editor.
- Teach visual storytelling, compositing, character animation, typography, and 2D/3D motion.
- Assign and review student projects (assignments, motion-graphic exercises).
- Provide feedback and guidance to students on their work.
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with the curriculum or academic team to improve course content.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in motion graphics, animation, and design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in motion graphics software: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, easing, etc.).
- Experience in motion design (freelance / professional / personal projects).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching / mentoring.
- Ability to breakdown complex motion graphics concepts into simple, teachable parts.
- (Preferred) Prior teaching experience, or experience mentoring juniors / students.
- (Preferred) A portfolio / showreel showcasing motion graphics work.

- Adaptable: able to teach beginners and more advanced students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
